Hello Friends,
This is Doctor Kumar from the Ishwar Center, New York. I've been writing newsletters since many, many years now. This time I could not write, so I'm putting up an audio recording. We all know what's happening in the world today with all these wars and destructions and everything. In my last newsletter, which is sent to thousands of people all over the world, I've written that the month of third week of February is going to be a very, very dangerous time. There could be natural disasters, earthquakes, wars, destruction. All those things are already happening. Now question is where we go from here. Today is April first here in New York City. Tomorrow, April 2nd, we see moon will be moving towards late evening 8:00 or just after 8:00 PM. So Moon will be in Libra with Libra rising.
And the significant thing is that the planet Mars will moved into Pisces. Mars was an Aquarius associated with Rahu and Ketu, clearly indicating a very disastrous kind of a situation for wars and for natural calamities and everything. So Mars will be moving out of Aquarius into Pisces. Now Mars will be in conjunction with Saturn and Sun. So that's OK. Mars in Sun in the 6th house in Pisces and with Jupiter blessing, Moon in Libra, Chitra nakshatra. Venus is opposite moon in Aries in the 7th house. So I think this will bring some kind of a settlement. This will bring some kind of a peace accord. Starting tomorrow anytime, I think there could be a ceasefire, there could be a cessation of this disastrous war that's going on. In fact, America has been hit very badly. They did not expect that Iran would be such a fighter.
There are severe financial crisis going on in America because as per America chart, it does show that America is going through the period of Shani Sade sati, the 7 ½ year cycle of Saturn and things are not looking good for the country at all. Already in the major period of Rahu, and the sub period of Mercury and things are just not going good. Somehow they would prevail until the 1st week of June this year. After that, you know, America will be in big problems, very big problems. Financial problems, economic problems. This is a war that they shouldn't have got into in the 1st place. The country loses trillions of dollars and the people of America will suffer.
The government will suffer with trillions of dollars gone in this war which was not America’s war and in fact, they should have stopped Israel and Iran from attacking each other, destroying civilians, the cities and the countries. What is the outcome of this? You know just loss of life, loss of properties, destruction and everything. I also wrote in my last newsletter; will this lead to a third World War? I said yes, no, maybe because even this present birth karma we have to have the wisdom to think of the right action in certain times. This is a time of restraint. But if ego builds up then it would lead to destruction and disaster. Donald Trump has got a big ego so when ego builds up then of course there will be nothing but disaster. As per Donald Trump horoscope, the times are not good for his governance, for the financial situation of the of the country. And right till June next year, there will be a risk for his position. There is also a risk in his well-being. So, things are not good. Had someone advised him before, maybe he wouldn't have gotten to the war at all.
Donald Trump He's born with Moon in Scorpio, Jyestha Nakshatra. So, he's got a lot of anger. Born on a full Moon with Rahu and Ketu clouding his Sun and Moon. Very strong Mars in the 1st House in Leo. The planets in transit show do show this is going to be a bad time for Donald Trump. He's already facing defeat. Whether he declares victory, that's beside the point. A true leader should look for the welfare of his country and for the rest of the world. I'm not against any individual. But since he's the president, he's calling the shots. It was a bad decision. India on the other hand, have played a very restraining role, a very diplomatic role, not taking any sides. And then from June this year onwards, right till June 2028, India will be on the rise, on the rise, on the rise.
The things to do with the trades and businesses and shipping and transport industry will really progress, including all other sectors. India is going to be the world leader or maybe doing so good economically it will beat the other countries hollow. And I think destiny has it written that we all have to exercise restraint in our lives when there are difficult times. We have to wade through difficult times with wisdom, with patience, with tolerance and with discrimination. Let aside the ego. One must think about the welfare of the country. You've got to fix the real problems of weaker countries and for the welfare of millions and billions of people around the world.
Looking at the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's chart, he is in the major period of Mars, in the sub period of Mercury, and he's also in a transit of Saturn, because of which, the opposition is always accusing him, calling him names and things like that. But don't forget that Narendra Modi is blessed by Sathya Sai Baba. Narendra Modi has sought the blessings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba many times. Long ago, many years ago, he called him Bharatha Bhagya Vidhata. That means the person who will pave out the future and destiny of India. And he's a very righteous person. He is not into corruption at all. He only works for the growth and prosperity of his country. He looks after the people of the country and the country itself. And his time is also going to be very good, very powerful after June, he will be mentally very strong, and he will lead the country to prosperity for sure. There will be peace, there will be harmony, there will be prosperity, everything. And his difficult Saturn transit will also get over from June 2027 onwards. After that, he'll be unstoppable. He is a very spiritual man and follows righteousness.
Now, there have been a couple of questions regarding who after Modi? So I'm looking at the charts of a couple of prospective people. We are not sure whether they will be lined up for the next Prime minister’s post. But I'm looking at the horoscope of Mr. S. Jaishankar who is right now the External affairs minister. He was born with Moon in Cancer Pushya nakshatra with Jupiter in exaltation. Jupiter is the spiritual planet, the planet of wisdom, of righteousness, of Dharma, and Mercury opposite that in the 7th house which shows intelligence and discrimination. And Jupiter also blesses his Venus, which is placed in the 5th house, from his Moon and Mars in the 9th house which deals with foreign affairs. And with such a strong Saturn in the 4th house, influencing Jupiter and Moon shows controlled, mental depth and calm restraint, discipline. All these planets indicate a great leader who is God fearing, spiritual and disciplined in life. He can do great things for the country.
So he's the definitely right candidate for the minister of external affairs, but he can also be a very good candidate for the next Prime Minister of India. And he is already in the major period of moon which will go on for a long time, right till 2031.
The next thing that people are talking about is the chief minister of, of UP, which is Yogi Adityanath. I see his horoscope. He's got a strong horoscope, no doubt about it, because he's got Venus and Mars and Jupiter in conjunction and opposition. So he's a strong person. They call him bulldozer Baba because any illegal construction or anything out of line he takes action immediately and he is supposedly one of the candidates. But I don't really think so. I think its going to be Jai Shankar unless some other candidate comes in the offing.
But we'll cross the bridge when we come to it. What I can assure you is that after June this year, Jaishankar is also going to become very powerful.
Now, looking at the horoscope of Russia, when they became Russian Federation. Jupiter and Moon together in Leo and Mars and Mercury together in Scorpio, very strong. So as per Russia's chart also, it shows yes, there is a situation of aggression going on, but for them also, I think after June this year, right till June 2028, there will be peace on homeland. That means maybe end of war or maybe coming to some understanding and resolutions and solutions. I think there also looks to be a better time coming for Russia. Ukraine's chart also does indicate that same timeline.
When Jupiter moves into Cancer in the first week of June this year, it go back by retrograde motion into Gemini somewhere like beginning November till February. Then from February 2027 right till mid 2028 Jupiter will be in Cancer. So I think even the Russia, Ukraine war is going to be settled soon during this time. Of course, in between these transits, maybe May 10th, May 11th up to May 14th, 15th could be another flashpoint in one of these places. It will be for a few days, but I think that will also be settled because soon after that, when Jupiter moves on June 2nd, I think matters will be settled through diplomacy, through wisdom, through intervention, through understanding. That's the only way disputes and disagreements can be resolved.
And I think the times are coming when the whole world is going to get impacted financially. Economy is bad, all the prices are going up and inflation is very high all over the world. I think things will be settling down in time to come. But I foresee bad times for America. I said before in my previous newsletters, I'm saying again, because they did it to themselves. All the trillions of dollars have gone into the war, which they had no business of getting into. And as regards these countries, they had it coming. Planets do create difficult or dangerous circumstances around us. It is up to the leaders of the countries or the members of parliament or Congress to pass any kind of action to go ahead with the war or to go ahead with some peaceful solutions with diplomacy, restraint and balancing all around.
But of course it is the head of the country that person principally takes the call and in this case it is Donald Trump. As per Israel’s chart, Saturn and Moon together in Cancer, Mars in the second house which rules the 10th house. The country is already into war. Israel is in the major period of Mars and the sub period of Moon where masses of people get impacted or affected and that's why unfortunately they also got embroiled in this war for whatever reason. Main reason of course is the leader of the country. The dates could vary. Incidentally, I also want to point out when I mentioned certain dates, there are different almanacs. The dates may vary by a couple of days or sometime more up and down, but that's generally the date which one Almanac follows. Different almanacs will have different dates of planetary transits. So if you say not June 2nd, maybe June 5th, OK, so be it.
Israel is in the major period of Mars. They have been in the major period of Mars for a very long time. But from July 4th, the major period of Mars ends and the major period of Rahu begins which lasts for the next 18 years of their lives. So I think I even as per Israel chart also we are looking at after June /July, then things will settle down. But the major period of Rahu begins, they also going to have their own crisis is not going to be easy for them because their good times are getting over and challenging times are about to start. Right now, we are mainly concerned about the war or the World War. So I looked at America, I look at Israel, I look at the world leaders and everything. I think things are going to subside. I don't think people need to worry much. And as per the chart of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I see that after 2nd of June there will be peace, there will be settling down.
But we see also in the next couple of years, from June 2028 onwards, I think it will be the time of putting things together, you know, regarding the country, the cities, the destruction and putting their lives together. So Iran is also going to be facing the financial challenges. It's not going to be easy. Of course, you don't need an astrologer to tell you that. Because in war, when there's mass destruction, you know your country is being destroyed, cities, infrastructure, schools, hospitals, everything is being destroyed. To rebuild all that it takes a lot of time. It's not going to be so soon so quick. But God bless everyone. I pray they should be Vishwa Shanti World Peace. No one should die, no one should suffer.
May everyone live in peace and harmony within their own means and not give rise to ego or greed or anger or violence. The only way to peace and prosperity is to maintain your calm, exercise wisdom and follow righteousness. Not become religious fanatics or not become egoistic people. Who just to prove a point, go and blast and bombard another country. The whole world is at stake nowadays, no matter who goes to war, if the whole world gets affected. So for the well-being of the people of the world, the entire world, I think each one should check themselves, check the boundaries, be content with whatever it is not to be greedy to take over other countries because of the oil reserves or because of minerals or whatever. You know, you could do well in trade and businesses, do well and make money, become prosperous but live righteously. live and let live. That should be the policy. So this is my message for today.
