Year 2012 Predictions – By Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Ph.D., January 27th 2012

Wish you all a very happy new year.
2012 is here and there is a lot of speculation around in the world. I shall briefly describe the planetary positions for 2012, and the effects on the United States of America, and then also talk a little bit about the end of world on December 21st 2012, and the future thereafter.
Predictions for 2012 – First, I will say only two words. New Year - No fear.
As of January 1st 2012, at sunrise, the planets were as follows: This is as per Vedic Astrology.
Sun was in Sagittarius, Moon in Pisces, Mars in Leo, Rahu in Scorpio, Jupiter in Aries, Saturn in Libra, Mercury in Scorpio, Venus in Capricorn, and Ketu in Taurus.
The horoscope of America, on basis of the date, time and year of declaration of independence is as: Sagittarius rising, Ketu in the 2nd house in Capricorn, Moon in the 3rd house in Aquarius, Sun, Venus, Jupiter and Mars in the 7th house in Gemini, Mercury in the 8th house in Cancer along with Rahu, and Saturn in the 10th house in Virgo.
Three years ago, I had predicted and written about this economic crisis on America. On June 2008 I had also predicted that Barack Obama would be the next president of America. It is important to understand that Obama or anyone was not responsible for this crisis or unemployment in the country. It’s just that the United States of America had to go through this crisis. America had this Saturn transit since about 3 years ago which just got over on November 15th 2011. Now the most difficult days are over for this country. This is going to be a Good year and America will see much better days from now onwards. So cheer up Americans!
Small proof of my predictions here:
In December 2011 the unemployment rate was the lowest since the last three years.
This year, the Thanksgiving weekend retail sales climbed 16 percent to $52.4 billion as 226 million shoppers hit stores and the Web. Does this not show that more people have got jobs and businesses have done better? So, things are not so bad my friends. Have hope and faith.
In my next newsletter, I will discuss the horoscopes of the presidential candidates for 2012 and give you all an insight of what and who to expect.
The Mayan calendar predicts the end of the world on 21st Dec 2012. But I say that there is nothing to worry about, and that the world will not come to an end. In fact, the new era, the new Age will begin in the year 2020. Why the Mayan calendar was blank after the date December 21st 2012, I don’t know. Maybe the guy who was writing it died in between. Or maybe they ran out of ink! Or Maybe God has other plans for us humans. There’s lot more work to be done for humanity and lots of Karma and destiny to fulfill! And guess what? A divine incarnation is about to be born to herald the new age of mankind. Look inward into your conscience, and upward towards God. And the world will be saved!
Now let’s see how the planets are positioned on December 21st 2012 at Sunrise. The sign Scorpio would be rising at EST 6 am With Venus, Mercury and Rahu in it. Sun would be in the 2nd house in Sagittarius, Mars would be in the 3rd house in Capricorn, Moon would be in the 5th house in Pisces, Jupiter and Ketu would be in the 7th house in Taurus, and Saturn would be in the 12th house in Libra.
Now I don’t see why the Sun would not rise on that day. At the most, it could be cloudy and cold. In fact many of you would be traveling on that Friday, to have a family gathering for Christmas!
Between now and 2020 will be a period of transformations, understanding and wisdom. There will also be a tussle between the east and the west, and there could be many disturbances in India, Pakistan, and the surrounding countries. But the main danger of aggression will be from China. I had mentioned in my previous newsletters that only when America joins hands with India could it become strong and decisively overcome terrorism in the world. The economy of America would also become much more stable and strong.
There are 12 Zodiac Signs, 9 Planets and 27 Constellations. Every person would have some influence of the permutation and combination of all of these. The planetary influences on every person would depend on the birth horoscope, which is calculated on basis of the date, time, year, and place of birth. For those, who do not have the time of birth, the readings are done from the Moon sign, as I did for the previous presidents and presidential candidates.
Our present is based on our past and previous life Karmas, and the future depends on our present Karmas. The question is what is Karma? When we refer to Karma, it relates to actions conducted in our life, based on intent, thoughts and feelings. The most important thing is discrimination, which is the power that helps us choose and distinguish between the right and the wrong, the good and the bad. Therefore Karma should be done according to Dharma, which is righteousness. Only then, would one be able to exercise discrimination, right action, right thoughts and feelings.
God wants us to live in peace, harmony and love. When mankind transforms to a refined existence where there is compassion, love, truth, righteousness, non-violence and peace, then man will see the golden age of humanity. Mind is the cause of all problems of man. We must practice to have command over the mind. The human mind is fickle like a monkey. The earthly yearnings are desires that bring down our spirituality. Therefore the Earthly Yearnings must be isolated from the mind. Let’s see what happens then: MONKEY minus EY becomes MONK, which means a saint. MONK – EY
Thus a monkey mind can become a Monk! Also, the human mind is filled with passion which in turn can become the cause of so many sins. Passion is the desire of the mind and senses. Therefore, this passion has to be transformed into something positive. Without control and command over the mind and senses this is not possible. It is only when we let our consciousness prevail over the mind that we can control the desire of the mind. Thus COM stands for Consciousness Of Man. Now, put COM before PASSION and it becomes COMPASSION. Thus, a desire that could be evil can be transformed into selfless love. THIS, is spiritualism. This is the simplest explanation, and the path from man to God. Then it can be said to be “Dharma in Karma”. The only way is the path of transformation. Each one of us has a role to play in this plan of God for the new age, the golden age, the age of truth.

Shift of Saturn – By Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Ph.D., November 16th 2011
Dear Friends,
Today is November 16th 2011, and there has been a major planetary change which will affect many individuals and countries, including the United States of America and India.
The mighty planet Saturn moved yesterday, November 15th, after about 2 and a half years. Saturn has been transiting the zodiac sign of Virgo and moved into Libra yesterday. The Sun moved into Scorpio today and join Venus, Mercury and Rahu. Moon is in Cancer, Mars is in Leo and Jupiter in Aries.
First of all, let’s look at the planets for America. With Saturn moving out from Virgo, America can heave a sigh of relief. This country was going through huge challenges with economy crisis, war, poor growth, debt and overall discontentment. The good news is that the economic crisis will ease out now and the country will start stabilizing soon. As I mentioned in my earlier newsletters, America will grow economically by joining hands with some eastern countries, and through foreign trades, money will come in. Between now and the next 7 months, America will become strong again, although it will do best between June 2013 to June 2014.
For India, the situation does not look good. Starting now, and within the next 3 years, India will see many changes and dissolutions. There may be upheavals and great changes coming in the country. In all probability, the present government shall fall. There may be dangers from enemies and attacks from neighboring countries. Some very famous celebrities and politicians will pass away either by natural deaths or through vehicular crashes. The will be some airline crashes, ship sinking, train crashes and the Navy will be facing some challenges as well. Oceans and seas will wreak havoc on coastlines. These 3 years will change the face of India, politically, socially and economically. At the end of 3 years from now, India will see a new light, a new wave and a new age will be established.
Back to America. Poor Barrack Obama! No matter how hard he tries and what he does, things just don’t happen the way he hoped they would. He will be facing a very stiff challenge at his office. He begins the major period of Saturn in October 2012. But he will also come into some sunshine from June 2012 onwards. We must understand that America was supposed to go through a very bad time since the last 2 and a half years. Even if Bill Clinton was the president at this time, he would have failed miserably and would have probably had 10 heart attacks by now. If you recall, some presidential candidates have withdrawn their names in the recent past. This is not because of any personal reasons, but because they know very well that it was too risky taking over a sinking ship, so they fled. Anyone can stake their claim to be the next president when the going is good and everything was laid out nicely. Like George Bush had. So let’s not be too harsh on Obama. It was just the destiny of America, which I had predicte 2 years ago. Fortunately, the harsh times are over so let’s all be positive in thoughts and actions, and from now on, work smartly to improve the country’s condition.
Now let us see how this Saturn transit in Libra affects individual horoscopes, on basis of the moon signs calculated as per the Hindu Vedic Astrology.
Those who have the moon sign of Aries may need to move from their present place, and / or travel overseas. There may also be some concerns about parents within the next couple of years. There may be some separating issues with spouse and a moving away from home. Aries signs should take thoughtful decisions and not be hasty. Wearing a White Sapphire would help in balancing these negative energies.
Taurus signs should take care of their health and be cautious against accidents until June 2012. After that, they should be okay.
Gemini signs can relax as they just got over a bad transit. They will move on in life to the next phase of life, in every area.
Cancer signs may have to go through some mental and emotional stresses, and may have to change residence and may also experience some challenges with their spouses. It would be better for Cancer signs to wear a natural pearl set in Silver.
Leo signs get total relief from the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn. They will have a great time now and until the next year.
Virgo moon sign get relief from the peak intensity of Saturn, but the Saturn cycle will not get over yet. However, from the spring of next year, there will be some good and positive changes in their lives.
Libra moon signs are now in the peak of the Saturn cycle so will have some stress dealing with work or may have to change their place of work. They may have to move or travel, but for the sign Libra, Saturn is not so bad as Saturn rules positive avenues.
Scorpio signs begin their seven and a half year cycle of Saturn, but they will get relief from mental and physical ailments soon. They can look forward to better times from June 2012 onwards.
Sagittarius signs may now have to deal with some mental stresses and have some concerns about their children and some stomach problems.
Capricorn moon signs should get ready to face some difficulties at their work area and some disagreements with their spouses and partners. It would be advisable for them to wear a small Blue Sapphire set in Silver.
Aquarius signs just finished a difficult transit and can hope for better times now. This is going to be a Karmic time for them and they will seek wisdom and practice spiritual Karma. A kind of inner healing time for them.
Pisces moon signs may have some changes coming at their work place and may also face some tensions on account of their children. Digestive system will not be too good and therefore are advised to eat mostly vegetarian foods.
The wheel of time keeps moving and brings forth new scenarios around people’s lives. They say “Time is the best healer”, but Time is also the tamer and the great teacher, as it opens our minds to new changes and challenges. Good and bad, joys and sorrows are obverse and reverse of the same coin. The coin flips sometimes this way, the other way. Everything in life is ordained as per our Karma and destiny. The only Will that prevails is the Will of God. (Thy Will be done) We humans have been given a mind, senses, discriminatory powers, conscience and a consciousness. We deal with life using all of these. If wisdom prevails over mind and senses, then actions becomes righteous. If conscience guides every action, then Karma becomes good. If man dwells in his consciousness, he becomes one with God. The one, who becomes one with God, will not have any suffering ever, for he shall overcome the existence of sorrows and pains of the mind, and free from the fear of diseases and death. He shall be beyond the desires and temptations, and will forever be in divine bliss.

Prophecies of Doomsday – By Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Ph.D., June 15th 2011
Dear Friends,
Yet another failed prophecy of yet another doomsday! Posters, internet and many such media gave out grave warnings of the doomsday on May 21st 2011. There were similar doomsday prophecies made many times earlier, by many soothsayers, but they all failed! Including the famous Nostradamus.
I have studied the planetary positions on these days and found nothing to indicate that the world would end or destroy. On other times I have indicated of some catastrophes or natural disasters but not the end of the world, or the 3rd world war. The calculations were done on basis of Hindu Vedic Astrology. I had written in my last newsletter that there would be fires, earthquakes and storms in days to come. Here are some excerpts from my newsletter on April 21st 2011:
“There have been some difficult planetary configurations and clusters and they could cause some explosive energies in our Solar system. There may be some solar flares and big solar storms and explosions happening soon.”
“This placement is causing some stiff opposition energies amongst the planets which could result in some great fires, explosions, earthquakes and even escalate some war situations."
“America will continue its hardships in economy and the government will face many challenges until November this year. Uncertain and wrong policies will make the situation worse. The country will go further in financial deficit due to misjudged actions and military expenses. The country’s troubles are far from over."
You must have heard of the Arizona fire, which is still burning over 732 square miles, destroyed 491 buildings and cost about $400 million, a volcano that erupted in Chile after 50 years and some other fires that occurred recently. Also the war situation worsens in Afghanistan and extends to Libya, Syria, and the civil war in Egypt and nearby countries. Recently there was a huge flood in Mississippi. The Mississippi River floods in April and May 2011 were among the largest and most damaging recorded along the U.S. waterway in the past century, comparable in extent to the major floods of 1927 and 1993.
They now say that the end of the world would be October 21st 2011. Well, let’s have a look at the planets on this date. Venus, Sun and Mercury are in Libra rising with Jupiter opposite in Aries. Mars and Moon are in Cancer in the 10th house. Saturn in the 12th house in Virgo and Rahu in Scorpio. I would call this a Boom day instead of doomsday! I see this as a time for prosperity and good times for America, especially after November 15th. So relax folks, more time to be spent on planet earth!
It was prophesized that the world would end by the 2nd coming of Christ. Jesus was the son of God who came to earth to give the message of love, peace, tolerance, wisdom and righteousness. He came to show us the way of life. His prime message was love. Love all, serve all. Why then would the world end with the 2nd coming of Christ? Any sense? In fact, the whole world would change for the better and learn to live in peace and harmony. God never intends to destroy His own creation. He always gives us love.
I see the coming times as the transition of the present times into the new age. The age of righteousness, truth, light, love and new consciousness. As per the Hindu scriptures, the time has come for this new age. Of course there is going to be no magic overnight, not even on December 21st 2012! But a new pure divine light enters the earth to propagate the world into the new age.
There would be some natural calamities here and there, but that is not the wrath of God. There would be storms and earthquakes, but these are environmental phenomena of action and reaction. There would also be wars here and there, and these are because of unrighteousness, ego, greed and wrong actions of man. But with the advent of the new age, there will be a change in the minds, hearts and consciousness of man, and people will transform with a higher understanding of God’s divinity.
We could predict about events, natural phenomena and about people and world situations, but it would be absurd to predict the end of the world, for He, the creator alone knows the best. But I do see God’s plan of transformation of mankind so that humanity may live in divine consciousness, in love, peace and harmony. All will believe and follow the brotherhood of man and fatherhood of God. This is God’s will and this will surely happen.
That what is past cannot change. It is absolutely unalterable. The future is an uncertain dream based on hope and faith. The present is the most important, since it is our moment of awareness and also the basis for some foundations of the future. So let’s believe in today, and do our best for peace, harmony and prosperity for the world. Instead of spending billions of dollars on wars, the government should use that money to restore jobs, businesses and towards the growth of the country. Instead of changing regimes of other countries, we should try to bring positive transformations in people’s minds and hearts. When the righteous human and spiritual values are promoted in the world, only then can there be peace and prosperity in the world. God wants transformation, and not destruction. Let’s leave some things to God and do our bit of keeping things going in the world and believe in live and let live.

The Astrological years and the New Era – By Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Ph.D., May 1st 2011
Dear Friends,
On April 14th 2011, planet earth entered the 5112th year of the Kaliyuga Era. Also, on 14th April 2011 the planet Jupiter completed a 60 year cycle. In the Hindu calendar, the years are called Vikram Samvat and on April 14th 2011 we started Vikram Samvat 2068. So it’s like we are at the threshold of a change of major time cycles.
This date April 14th is important because the Sun enters the zodiac sign of Aries, the very first point of reckoning for all counts and calculations. For many people, their life spans are completed after this date. For some, a new cycle of life starts. The days from 14th April until the following new or full moon are very important.
The full moon this year after April 14th was on April 18th. Thereafter, within the next 14 days, something very big and drastic was to happen. And then we got the earth shattering news of the century! Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba, the divine incarnation on earth departed from His earthly body on April 24th 2011.
His mission on planet earth was completed and so He bid goodbye to the world. He will now come back in His Causal form soon, to guide and direct His devotees for some time to come, and then reincarnate again, to lead the world to the new age, the golden age.
As per my Astrological calculations, our beloved lord Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba would have ‘fallen sick’ on March 27th at about 20:00 hrs or sometime after. He then would have gone into an unconscious state, but He was taken to the hospital on March 28th. On April 3rd, towards late evening, His condition became worse (it was the new Moon on April 3rd). That Amavasya (new moon) shed a great darkness on earth as Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Mars and Mercury were all in the sign of Pisces and Saturn in opposition in Virgo.
Mind you, it is not the planets that ‘took away’ Baba. It is just that Baba merely let the planets do their job. He always said that the law of nature should take its own course. He thus let His body be subject to some excuse to let go. But I know that there was a much greater purpose for Him doing so. I had written in my earlier newsletter dated April 21st 2011 that a very dangerous and destructive time is around due to some very difficult planetary transits and that it would affect many parts of the world. I think Baba ‘took upon Himself’ some great destructive forces to save the earth before He completed His mission on earth. That’s why all that apparent sickness, hospital scenes etc. He has in the past many a times taken upon Himself the sicknesses of many devotees. He also averted a nuclear holocaust on earth by taking the ‘impact’ on His body a few years ago.
In June 2003, the body of Baba was going through the major period of Saturn and the peak of seven and a half year cycle of Saturn called “Shani Sade Sati”. That was the time when He chose to take the impact upon Himself so that the cosmic laws of the planets could be fulfilled and He could also avoid a huge catastrophe on earth. This time, in April 2011, His body was going through a bad transit of Rahu and Ketu on His Moon, and Ardh Ashtam Shani was affecting Saturn, Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon and Rahu in His chart. This was another very dangerous transit. So this time He chose this as an excuse / justification to depart.
During His illness days, billions of devotees around the world prayed for Him. People prayed continuously, all together, for days and days until we all heard about His leaving His body. Thereafter, and until today, and for many days to come, people around the world will cry, pray, purify and think of HIM only. All this is really going to save the devotees, and the world from major disasters to come on earth. Billions of people’s prayers will even soften the planets. Baba Himself is making sure of that and that’s why all this cosmic drama.
Never before in the history of mankind, have billions of people prayed so intensely for some selfless purpose. Everyone prayed with pure hearts and washed their sins with tears of Love for God. Wouldn’t the heavens be moved? So now we know why Swami enacted all this sickness and departed from His body. He made sure that we did our best, and now He has gone to avert the planetary wars to save mankind.
On April 21st, Thursday, His consciousness would have left the body. He left for Vaikuntha, His abode. The rest couple of days until April 24th were only worldly matters for the doctors, the staff and devotees.
According to my calculations and intuitions, Kaliyuga will end after 9 years from now, and then the dawn of the new age will set in. This means that Kaliyuga will end in the year 2020. In fact, somewhere in the middle of April 2020, the birth of a new avatar will become well known all over the world.
The Prema Sai avatar, the reincarnation of Sri Satya Sai Baba, is going to take birth in human form soon! Yes, not in 10 years, but very soon.
It's written in the Vedas that God declared that He is the creator of Time, and that He is Time. God is also knwon as the Kaalpurusha. Baba has also said that He is beyond Time and Space. He has many a times proved His Omnipresence and timelessness by going back into time to serve a purpose. He has also halted time and changed some events. He has brought many back from death and increased their lifespans. Thus He, the timeless One, is beyond Time. So our human calculations of His age on earth are a futile effort to pin God to an earthly time and calendar years. Thus, every moment is a constant creation and existance of God. The purpose of this divine incarnation was to establish Dharma and bring humanity to the golden age, the age of truth and righteousness. He is doing that, in His own time, as He sees best, since He is the Trikaal, the past,present and the future. The entire universe is so overwhelmed and grateful to have such a great Avatar in our times.
I also wish to inform you all about something else. Satya Sai Baba will start appearing to His devotees in various parts of the world in time to come. May 12th and May 15th are significant days, and also after 7 months, that is, November 15th onwards, His manifestations will be seen in many places around the world. Swami will connect to His devotees all over to fulfill His mission and keep guiding us.
May Swami bless the world and continue His grace upon His devotees.

Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba leaves his physical body on April 24, 2011
Dear Friends,
This is a message for everyone. Sri Satya Sai Baba left His physical body today, April 24th 2011. Billions of people around the world have been praying since the past month for Baba. Never before in the history of creation, have so many billions of people around the world have prayed intensely together. All this huge spiritual energy created is going to transform the world and save mankind from destruction. If He had not chosen this way, then people around the world could never have prayed so intensely.
He had said that He will live till the age of 96. So did all the scriptures that this great avatar will be in His physical body till the age of 96. But Baba may have changed His plans. He is God after all, and He is doing whatever is best for humanity, to save the world. He may now start appearing for darshans in causal form for the next 10 years, or He may come back into this body, or He may come back 10 years earlier as Prema Sai avatar.
Did Rama and Krishna not leave their bodies? Did Guru Nanak, Buddha, Jesus and even Shirdi Sai not leave their bodies? Satya Sai is the most powerful avatar that has ever come to earth, and the way He has transformed billions of people around the world - No one ever has or can. We are very fortunate even to know Him, or even to know of Him. In this Kaliyuga, evil is so rampant on earth that God has decided to transform the evil instead of destroying evil. So the plan and purpose of this avatar will surely be fulfilled. Do not have doubts about this. He is Paramatma, God in human form, and not a mere saint or holy man.
He has said many times earlier "There is no one to know who I am. Do not try to know Me, do not try to analyze Me. I have come to install faith and virtues in humanity and bring peace and love to the world. I have come to re-establish dharma so that humanity may see the golden age, the age of truth, of Satya Yuga." Baba has promised us that He will forever be with us.
So dear devotees, have faith. What Satya Sai Baba has done for the world alone, no other avatar has ever been able to do that. He is Narayana. He is God. Remember the 3 F’s always.
FAITH – Have unshakable Faith
FOLLOW – Follow Baba teachings
FULFILL – Fulfill your duties
And merge with Swami!

Planetary Wars – By Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Ph.D., April 21st 2011
Dear Friends,
There have been some difficult planetary configurations and clusters and they could cause some explosive energies in our Solar system. There may be some solar flares and big solar storms and explosions happening soon. This would have some repercussions on Earth and so I thought that it is time again, to have a look at the cosmos and its situation.
As of today, April 21st 2011, Sun is in Aries. Jupiter, Mars, Mercury and Venus are all conjoined together in the Zodiac sign of Pisces. Saturn is opposite in the sign of Virgo, Moon debilitated in Scorpio and Rahu and Ketu in Sagittarius and Gemini respectively.
This placement is causing some stiff opposition energies amongst the planets which could result in some great fires, explosions, earthquakes and even escalate some war situations. This is a very destructive positioning of the planets. The times are difficult for planet earth and some days could be even more dangerous. The dates anytime between now and June 30th should be watchful, with emphasis on May 17th, May 30th and June 30th. But these planetary forces will show their effects in times to come, and not necessarily just the above dates.
Now these types of planetary clusters have happened many times earlier, but this time it is different. First of all it is happening in the last of the zodiac sign, with Saturn in opposition. If we were to take the extra Saturnian planets into consideration, then Uranus is also in Pisces and Pluto is in Sagittarius with Rahu.
Uranus would create great magnetic forces which would result in huge waves, Tsunamis and storms. Pluto and Rahu together would cause mass loss of lives.
Jupiter moves on May 9th, which could bring some relief, and Rahu and Ketu move into Scorpio and Taurus respectively on June 7th this year. Mars will move away from Aries on June 13th. It is only after this, that there will be some relief from the impending dangers.
I would like to bring your attention to some very important factors that is also affecting planet earth. We all know that planet earth is rotating at its axis which is tilted at 23.5 degrees due to the precession of the equinoxes. The total surface area of earth is 510 million sq. km, of which the total land surface is 149 million sq. km and the total water surface is 361 million sq. km.
The total mass of earth is 5.9742 X 10^24 kg.
The earth rotates at a speed of 1669.8 km/h. (measured at the equator) and revolves around the Sun at the speed of 108000 Km/h. The sun is about 26,000 light-years from the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. (The age of humanity is about 26000 years)
-Now, all this is going to change!
First of all, the mass of earth is not the same anymore. Humans have been digging the earth of essential minerals, metals and oil. The earth is becoming hollow from inside. The center of gravity is also not the same anymore, and the earth’s axis has shifted! The gravitational force is also not going to be the same anymore as the earth’s total mass has reduced. Thus we are witnessing these Tsunamis, storms and earthquakes. There are more catastrophes to follow. There will be great solar fires which will burn the Earth. The electro magnetic forces in our universe will affect the Earth in many ways not seen yet by mankind.
As per the law of physics, if the center of buoyancy becomes greater than the center of gravity, then the floating body will tilt and overturn. The earth is going through a similar phenomenon. The world will experience great changes on earth by way of changes in weather, geographical changes and shift of lands. Nature and the cosmos will try to balance itself by turning and twisting earth. Water will engulf and fill in lands which are becoming hollow from insides. At some places, the surface of the Earth will split open for the waters to enter and fill the void inside. So the land areas of earth will recede and waters will increase. All the oils and other liquids that is constantly being sucked out of earth’s depths are creating huge voids and vacuums under the earth, thus generating collapsing forces due to loss of pressure in those areas. The earth’s axis will tilt further and subsequently the latitudes and longitudes of all countries will change. The weather will change and reverse in many countries. Huge mountain ranges like the Himalayas and the Alps will slide lower and salinity of seas and oceans will decrease.
There will be a new face of Earth and many will in the years to come witness a new Earth, a new environment and the new age. God Himself will guide the whole process through so that mankind may live in peace and harmony. But right now, the situation is extremely precarious, and the planets are in disharmony. Everything has a cause and effect. Man has gone too far in his adventures with nature. Greed, envy, hatred and violence have created a very negative aura around planet Earth. But some spiritual energies are also being generated, and so God may decide to do something to save this situation. The coming month and a half will reveal many realities to humanity.
America will continue its hardships in economy and the government will face many challenges until November this year. Uncertain and wrong policies will make the situation worse. The country will go further in financial deficit due to misjudged actions and military expenses. The country’s troubles are far from over.
India will start facing numerous challenges from November 2011 and will see many drastic changes within the next 3 years. The shape of the country will change in this time and there will be a new India from November 2014 onwards.
I have said this earlier, and am saying this again. Instead of sending rockets into space, countries should find ways for progression of humanity. Instead of developing nuclear weapons, countries should find peaceful solutions to the disputes in the world, and instead of trying out dangerous experiments like the big bang theory, people should have trust and faith in the ‘big boss’ – God.
The present age is called the Kali Yuga, or the Dark Age. But soon, there will be many changes in the world and the new age will set in. Our solar system is slowly moving into the center of the galaxy, where it will be exposed to a great and brilliant cosmic light, which would resemble that of a thousand suns! Then all darkness and ignorance will vanish from earth and humanity will be blessed with wisdom and enlightenment. Every person will realize their divine potential and there will be love and peace in the world. God has already made roadways towards that path for humanity and many millions and billions of people will follow the ‘Master’ soon. By the end of this year 2011, people around the world will start recognizing that divine entity and one year after that, (end of 2012) the whole world will come to know of the ‘Divine Master’ and will throng to seek Him. The next 9 years thereafter, the foundation for the new age shall be laid by the Divine Master on earth.

Recently, there was a lot of speculation about the super moon and its effect on earth. Many ridiculed it and some gave grave warnings about the phenomena. Last year July, there was a total solar eclipse and that too, had some astrological warnings about some great calamities to come. (Please read my earlier newsletter, January 1st 2011) “There could be some difficult situations in the government, and also some difficult situations regarding the Police or the military.” - We now know that there was a military attack on Libya.
“India will continue to prosper in all fronts. Travels, show business, entertainment, food business will do good and there will be plenty of foreign trades and gains. - India won a record number of Gold medals in commonwealth games. - India won the world cup cricket on April 2nd 2011, beating the best teams in the world. - India wins an all time record vote of 187 out of 192 for a member in United Nations Security Council after 19 years.
Newsletter July 1st 2010: “Next week, on July 11th, we have a total solar eclipse coming up. The New Moon and the total solar eclipse will create some disturbing Cosmic energies and will affect many countries around the world. There could be floods, storms, Tsunamis, and many accidents - - - - Japan was devastated by a Tsunami on March 11th 2011.
As of April 4th 2011, Sun, Jupiter, Mars, Moon, and Mercury are all conjoined together in the sign of Pisces and Saturn is in opposition. Rahu and Ketu are in square aspects. Jupiter is at the same degree as of Sun and Venus in Aquarius. This planetary cluster can be good for some and bad for some.
For India, this is very good in many ways, except for some natural dangers and some earthquakes. There could also be some military situations, and from mid April to mid May, there could be some vehicular accidents.
For America, the stress is on homeland security, military, war or police situation, possibility of some violence erupting and some transportation accidents. The healthcare issues will escalate matters in the government.
This whole planetary situation is on until the end of April. There will be some major changes coming in some people’s lives. Below, I am writing some brief predictions for people under various Moon signs. (As per Vedic Astrology)
ARIES: Those who have the Moon sign of Aries will make some foreign connections and have to be careful investing money, specially in property. Problems with the digestive system, acidity and inflammation may bother them. Family situations may become disrupted and anxiety, stress and nervous disorders may cause some worry.
TAURUS: Moon sign Taurus may experience better times generally. Those who have children may face some stress on account of children and blood related ailments may need attention. Take it easy on spices and food!
GEMINI: For the Gemini Moon signs, the emphasis is on work and home both. There could be some changes in work area, new developments and connections. The home front could get a bit disturbing, or else some situation for moving may come up. Not a very peaceful time, but happening for sure. Those with health conditions should take it easy as there may be stress on heart, blood pressure or problems in the chest area. You may experience exhaustion.
CANCER: For the Cancer Moon, foreign travels, spiritual connections, and new ventures are about to start. Journeys may be stressful and there may be delays. Father’s health may be affected and may need medical attention. But great time for spiritual initiations and practices.
LEO: Leo Moon signs are going through the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn and may face some issues dealing with their spouses, and health related to the mouth and throat areas and also the excretory systems. Leo signs should avoid eating animal foods and eat mostly fruits and vegetables. It would be good to eat only fruits and salads on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
VIRGO: Virgo signs are in the middle of the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn and may face marital discord, problems with the reproductive system and blood pressure, acidity and nervous disorders. The key word is try to keep a low profile life, be simple, do not get into altercation or disputes and do some deep breathing, listen to soft music and mediate.
LIBRA: Those with Moon sign of Libra will also have to watch out for their health, mostly abdomen area, nervous exhaustion and indigestion. They may face secret enmities but will overcome them soon. From May 10th onwards, some very good changes will be seen as new businesses start with success.
SCORPIO: Scorpio signs have some great things in store for them. They will achieve some major accomplishments in their businesses, careers, success regarding financial situations and in properties. Scorpio moon signs have a very spiritually active time, and so they should intensify their spiritual practices this month. Eating animal food will be bad, therefore they should only eat pure vegetarian foods. The only thing to watch out is some situation with children and stomach related ailments, which is only for a month. So generally is good phase.
SAGITTARIUS: The key word for Sagittarius moon signs is the alphabet – H. Home, Health, Harmony, Headaches and Hard work. They may experience disharmony at home or else some difficult situation regarding house, home, property etc. They may also experience some health problems which may relate to palpitation, blood – blood circulation, headaches or mental pressures may mount this month and acid reflux, heartburn may result. So these people should try to remain calm at work and at home, eat easily digestible foods, do some yoga and pranayama and try not to get into arguments.
CAPRICORN: Moon signs of Capricorn will generally be OK, and may have to travel. They may also have some disagreements or disharmony with their siblings, or else they may have some concerns about their blood relations. Some matters may get delayed for about a month so they should take it easy and not expect too much happening in a short time. They will however get busy after one month and get going again.
AQUARIUS: Watch what you speak, and how you speak! Words have power and words have spontaneous reactions. The time for Aquarius Moon signs is not very peaceful and so they should exercise caution in every approach of life. They should also watch out for their diets and something could cause some inflammation in the mouth or throat area. There may be some dryness or disharmony with spouses and work place could get tiring. Matters will ease within a month and will be stressful until November this year.
PISCES: This is the sign where the cluster of planets are playing around. A very energetic time and time for changes for good. Matters regarding property, money, inheritance will be favorable and any dispute or litigation shall be overcome. This is a time for implementing major changes as efforts will lead to success.

May He give us compassion so that we may help our fellow human beings May He bless us so that we may fulfill our needs and do good deeds. Dear Friends,
The media and news are flying with the latest buzz about the discovery of the 13th Zodiac sign, named “Ophiuchus”. People around the world are puzzled and disturbed at their Zodiac signs being different now. I therefore wish to clarify this ambiguity so that people may understand the truth about the Zodiac signs.
I had previously written many newsletters and spoke on the WBAI radio about the difference of the Western and the Eastern Zodiacs for people to understand the true Astrological significance of the Zodiacs, the planets and constellations.
Before I explain in details, let me first put to rest the new raging controversy.
= No, there is no 13th Zodiac =
BUT, your Zodiac Sun sign is not correct either!!!
Confused again? So now let me explain.
Vedic Astrology was formulated by the ancient Hindu enlightened saints more than 5000 years ago. They were men of wisdom and knew the secrets of creation. The ancient seers had way back then written about the precession of the equinoxes, and has established that stars were fixed objects in the skies. The Zodiac they calculated was from the 1st star on the belt of Aries. They determined that there were 27 astrological constellations, which spread over the Zodiac belt, covering 360 degrees. They also determined that there were 9 planets, which were of Astrological significance which have cosmic energies and which are influencing the earth, including every human being. Thus, each planet controls 3 constellations, making the figure – 9X3 = 27. Each constellation has a Zodiac belt covering 13.3333 degrees, which multiplied by 27 makes 359.999 degrees = 360. Thus every sign of the Zodiac was calculated from one star to another, until it covered 360 degrees. Twelve Zodiac divisions were made, each amounting to almost 30 degrees each.
The Hindu Astrologers also mentioned about 2 shadowy planets called Rahu and Ketu. These two are not planets in mass, but have been given the ranks of planets due to their great influence on Earth. Rahu and Ketu are always opposite each other, and are therefore 180 degrees apart. They always move retrograde, compared to direct motion of the other planets. Thus the 9 planets include Rahu and Ketu. The Vedic Astrology system does not include Uranus, Neptune and Pluto in their list of planets in our solar system because these extra Saturnian planets transit one Zodiac sign in about 30 years, and would move only 3 Zodiac signs in a man’s lifetime. So these are not Astrologically significant, at least not for human lives.
The permutation and combination of 9 planets, 27 constellations and 12 Zodiac signs are the basis of calculation of a birth chart. In the Vedic Astrology system, there are up to 60 divisional charts, called the fine tuning charts, which are focussed on specific areas of our lives, for example, career, children, marriage etc. These divisional charts give more precision to the readings. There is always a major period of a planet in operation, the sub period and the inter sub period of other planets in force. The major, sub and inter sub period of 3 different planets vary in their duration. For example, the major period of Saturn is for 19 years. The major period of Sun is for 6 years, for Jupiter it is 16 years and so on.
Now about the dispute of the Zodiac signs. As I mentioned earlier, the ancient Hindu Vedic Astrologers had calculated the precession of the equinoxes, a phenomenon which makes the Earth ‘tilt’ backwards. They also calculated and established the ‘obliquity of the ecliptic’. There is a celestial equator, and the ecliptic. The celestial equator is the great circle of the celestial sphere, in which the Earth’s equator cuts into. The ecliptic is the arc, along which the Sun moves in the skies. The angle at which the ecliptic cuts the celestial sphere is 23 degrees and 26 minutes. Where it cuts on the north side is called the first point of Aries, and the soutern point of cut is called the first point of Libra.
Now these points are relative and keep changing. Because of the precession of the equinoxes, these points of Zodiac have been moving backwards @ 50.3 seconds every year. Consequently, there is a difference of about 22 degrees between the Eastern and the western Zodiacs.
The Hindu Vedic Astrologers calculated the Zodiac signs from stars, which are fixed in the universe. They also applied the corrections for the precession of the equinoxes and other mathemtical corrections. The ancient Hindu Vedic Astronomical calculations were most precise and accurate.
So, as per western astrology, if your Sun is in Scorpio, in all probability, it will actually be in Libra. That difference of 22 degrees will make your Sun go back to Libra! The Hindu calender has always counted the Sun’s entry to the Zodiac signs from the 14th of every month, and not 20th, as the western calculations do. Even the months are calculated as the ‘Solar’ months or the ‘Lunar’ months. The dates of any festivals always vary every year, since the calculations are precise, and not on fixed value basis.
All along, the western astrology has always calculated the ‘Sun signs’ on basis of Sun’s entry into Vernal equinox, and continued to count the Zodiacs month after month. Now suddenly, they talk of a new Zodiac sign in between Scorpio and Sagittarius? They also talk of a new constellation! Since when did the western calculations consider constellations???
My advice to everyone is that forget about this whole thing! Don’t even worry about your ‘original’ Sun signs. Have confidence in yourselves and faith in God!

Today, January 1st 2011, on behalf of the ISHWAR CENTER, I wish you all a very Happy New Year!!!
Many must be looking forward to some positive changes in this New Year, and seeking some answers and predictions for 2011. So let me describe the planetary positions and the influences of the planets on America and for individuals, on basis of their Moon signs.
As of this morning, the Moon is in Scorpio, with Venus and Mercury. The 2nd house, which is the point of finances and wealth, is occupied by Mars, Rahu and Sun in Sagittarius, Jupiter is placed in the 5th house in Pisces, Ketu in the 8th house in Gemini, and Saturn in the 11th house in Virgo. These planetary positions are as per Hindu Vedic Astrology.
Although the New Year began after midnight on December 31st 2010, but I shall do the readings on basis on the sign occupied by the Moon at sunrise today.
The juxtaposition of Mars, Sun and Rahu in the 2nd house does not auger well for the financial situation of the country. There could be some difficult situations in the government, and also some difficult situations regarding the Police or the military. Leaders in the parliament will be sparring with words and there could be some disrepute amongst some politicians. The medical insurances policies will also come up with some problems and there could be some implications regarding medical benefits and coverage.
Poor economy continues to bog down the country, and progress will be slow. There could be some serious talks about money/currency/exchange rates etc and some countries will try to disassociate with other countries as they would dispute the supremacy of own financial positions. This could be in Europe.
America will continue a cautious and slow approach with the Eastern countries as they lack trust, subsequently the trades will get affected and whatever financial gains America hopes to get from exports/imports will get delayed. However, the situation will start changing from mid January onwards. But this country will not be repressed for long and from November this year, 2011, The USA will get relieved of its stressful lows and will boom again.
The transportation will get more expensive, whether Air, Sea or land. There would also be some sort of restrictions on travels, or some sort of limitations, like on baggage, or travel times or transfers etc.
As I wrote in my earlier newsletters – American economy can only come up again if they join hands with a couple of Eastern countries, specially India. Somehow I see India as the upcoming country in the world, and by 2014, could possibly become the most successful country in the world – economically, politically and by way of overall progress and transformation.
The weather will be hard this year, and there may be some major storms coming soon. From mid February onwards, there would be relief from many things and there would be a small boom for the country. This would surely happen!
India will continue to prosper in all fronts, barring disputes with Pakistan and threats from terrorists. Soon, there will be some new policies and leaderships which will be good for India. Travels, show business, entertainment, food business will do good and there will be plenty of foreign trades and gains.
For Pakistan, the situation does not look good. There will be uncertain fears and the country will be let down on many fronts by its own parties. Militancy and terrorism will be in prime focus and common man will suffer. Between now and the next 11 months, some military or political leader will die an unnatural death.
* Individual cases: *
Now let’s discuss some individual cases. Here, some basic predictions are given on basis of the Moon signs of people, and NOT the Sun signs, that westerners generally follow. The calculations of the Hindu Vedic Astrology are different from the western system and subsequently the predictions are also different. The Vedic system has very accurate calculations, as the Zodiacs are calculated from the 1st star of the belt of Aries, which is a fixed point. The Hindu Vedic system also calculates the precession of the equinoxes, which the western system does not do. The western system calculates their Zodiac from the Sun’s entry into Aries, which is not right as it is a relative point. As a result of these errors, there is a difference of about 22 degrees in the Zodiac calculations. So if the western system reads your Sun in Scorpio, it may actually be in Libra!
Now, let us see what various Moon signs would experience this year. Below is brief synopsis of general predictions for 2011 for all Moon signs.
Aries - There may be some new friendships or connections with people from a different race or community. Digestive systems or blood circulations could cause some trouble. Personal life and moods will look up soon. You will indulge in extravagances this year, but finances will be OK. Fun, romance is in the offing!
Taurus - Time to go easy on relationships, partnerships or marriage. There could be some difficult situations in these areas, specially from June to September this year. Be careful in driving and travels. Kidney or urinary tract may give some trouble. Some changeovers could be in course in matters of relationships. Some sort of a break and a make. Some new connections or relationships could be possible. Career and finances will be good. Those who have children could face some stress on account of some difficult aspect of their child/children. But it would get resolved and some moving on for them is foreseen.
Gemini - For Gemini people, there are interesting situations coming up. Relationships could be confusing and uncertain, and there could be some discord and misunderstanding with partners/spouses, but this is only temporary. Saturn, Rahu and Ketu affect mental and emotional states throughout the year. There are some good changes coming soon in careers and some important paperwork could be accomplished. A travel, and or shift of residence is possible. Health will be so-so and conditions of skin, blood circulation and reproductive system could cause some worry. Within the next 10 days, expect some important changes and works to be done. By mid February, and then for the rest of the year, life will settle to a smooth path.
Cancer - A time for destiny to unfold itself in many ways! Some new realizations and new connection will take you to a higher level of consciousness. God has plans for you and you will emerge as a winner in understanding your path and purpose of life. You will establish good and harmonious connections with you kith and kin and personal relationships will transcend to a more mental understanding. Education is the key word, whether academic, vocational or human and spiritual. Until June 2011, the ways and paths are going to be laid out for you. The actual part of Karma and work will follow later part of the year. Health wise, take care of acidity and heat related ailments. Some allergies and inflammations could cause some irritations but this will pass away soon. The month of January and mid March to April will be significant – positively.
Leo - Those of Moon sign of Leo are in the last leg of the Saturn cycle and may face some difficult situation at Home, financially, in their careers and something to do with mother. They will experience more stress between June and November this year and should be cautious in matters of home and money. Health is going to be centered around mental and emotional disturbances and pressure on the chest/heart. This is a challenging and testing time for them and they should exercise patience, restraint and try to balance their lives. Deep breathing and Yoga can help greatly, apart from a balanced vegetarian diet. But as they say – This too shall pass.
Virgo - Virgo Moon signs are going through the peak of the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn, and as a result of which they would be in testing times! Home, relationships, marriage and work all are under stressful planetary influences and therefore a sluggish year. There could be differences with siblings and near and dear ones. Jupiter comes to rescue in many ways for those who would exercise wisdom, discrimination and control of mind and senses.
Libra - Libra people have started their Saturn cycle since September 2009, and will experience some health issues regarding liver and abdomen areas. Work will be good and some overseas/foreign connection may be established, which would become a source of income. Spiritually, this year is going to be good and Libra Moon signs will do some deep introspection in their spiritual Karma. They will make money and spend money equally, but it would be for good purposes, and maybe for investments. Some good changes in their professional field is foreseen, and they might end up doing some work which is related to masses of people, or in areas of human service, hotel or entertainment industry, transport related works or medical and health related fields. From June 2011 onwards, they will see more positive changes in their lives. I see good collaborations, partnerships, and relationships being established in 2011.
Scorpio – The moon is in Scorpio as of today, January 1st 2011. Those with Moon in Scorpio will also be experiencing some mental agitation and emotional void. They may have some financial challenges and some uncertainties about their relationships. However, the Divine Will has some plans for Scorpio people and they have to learn things through spiritual wisdom, and give way to God’s Will over their own mind and conclusions. They will see more clearly within the next month, as their lives settle down to a new pattern. Financially they will do better from the middle of the year onwards.
Sagittarius – Moon signs of Sagittarius will experience some major shifts in their lives this year. There may be changes in work area, residence, and some sort of distancing between them and their relationships. Between June to November, they are likely to expect more of these situations. For them, it is going to be a time in life where one has to be ready for major changes to come, or else face situations where some dislodging is likely. Therefore they should prepare themselves mentally, financially and start looking for options, based on their personal situations. It would be better to see the other end of things, rather than hope that all will well as before.
Capricorn – The going looks good for Capricorn Moon signs and they will generally have a prosperous time. Gains are foreseen through travels, work and partnerships. This is the best time for them to start some business or trading. They will get support from their partners, be they personal / life partners or business partners and mostly, luck would push them to success. The only thing is that they should make sure that anything to do with the government/ IRS should be clear. Apart from this, they may experience some difficulty about their apartment/house or property. But that is incidental compared to their general good times this year.
Aquarius - People who have Aquarius as their Moon signs will experience some turbulence in their businesses and work area. It is possible that they might be shunted to another place. For some, their businesses may face closure. There could be disagreements with partners and financial loses. Their health may not be so good and stomach areas will trouble them. Children could cause some concerns and those working at important places or positions could come under flak due to non-performance. Luckily, there are some saving graces and many could be exonerated from these effects. But generally you should be cautious.
Pisces – Being the last of the Zodiac sign, those who have their Moon in Pisces have some important changes coming in their lives too. This year is going to be like a split half time for them. In the sense that the next chapter of their lives begin from now and that could be in connection with relationships, partnerships and unveiling of hidden destinies. I see moves, travels and changes in their lives. Foreign connections and spiritual karma will come into their lives somehow. This of course is going to be for good.
* All the above predictions are very general, based on the moon signs alone. In order to determine the exact and accurate planetary influences in one’s destiny, the birth chart has to be studied in details.
We are all controlled by the Cosmic law of cause and effect which is called Karma. We all have some pre-ordained parts in our lives which will come around no matter what. Some Karmic effects can be diluted, some can be enhanced. There are some remedies written in our ancient scriptures about overcoming difficult times in our lives. By applying those, can indeed modify, filter or enhance some situations in our lives. These remedies have been tested and tried since time immemorial, and have proven to be true.
While I have given out general predictions for the year to come, but I would personally like to give this message to mankind:
“Time once lost, can never be reclaimed! The time that is yet to come cannot be claimed, as certainly yours! So to transform each moment into joy, make this moment, while it is still with you, holy and pure. Give up all yesterdays and tomorrows and the days after; feel blessed now, this very day, and the moment that is with you. Become perfect humans and fill your hearts with compassion, care and love, for every moment is a gift of God.”

We had a couple of events at our ISHWAR CENTER and were busy with all that. You may read about them in the Events section of our website.
Let me first revert to my earlier newsletter where I had written about the difficult month of July and August, where we could expect great floods, water related diseases, accidents, fires and terrorist threats.
Well, you would have heard about the great floods in China and Pakistan in July 2010. There was a huge disaster, and two thirds of Pakistan was flooded. After the floods, a greater concern was about the water related diseases like Dengue, Cholera, Malaria, Pneumonia, serious drinking water problems, total destruction of agricultural crops and many cities and villages which were destroyed.

- Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar declared as the greatest batsman ever in the history of world Cricket. He breaks all world records.
- India gets an all time record vote of 187 out of 192 for a member in United Nations Security Council after 19 years.
- India thwarts attempts by terrorists to bomb Common wealth games. (By the way, Sachin Tendulkar is a very great and sincere devotee of Sri Satya Sai Baba and has been blessed by Him many times)
Now predictions for the future:
From middle of October, planets change and there will be better times and relief from many troubles. America will also see good times in the months of November and December. India will do very good economically and will prosper. Some new vehicles and other products will be introduced in India. President Barrack Obama will genuinely extend the hand of friendship to India and will want to make India as their prime ally in the East.
Those who have the Moon sign of Gemini will be under stress in personal lives and disturbed mentally and emotionally. They could also experience some ENT problems. I had written in my previous newsletter about the difficult times ahead regarding natural calamities, and other situations. Next week, on July 11th, we have a total Solar eclipse coming up. The New Moon and the total Solar eclipse will create some disturbing Cosmic energies and will affect many countries around the world.
As per Vedic Astrology, the Sun, Moon, and Ketu are together in Gemini and Rahu opposite them. Mercury is in Cancer, Mars and Venus together in Leo, and Saturn in Vigo casting his glance at Sun, Moon and Ketu. This is not a good situation and could cause dangers all around. The Earth will shake due to strong electromagnetic forces and will cause a lot of disruption on Earth.
Countries and places around water would get most affected. Islands, peninsulas, and gulfs would be most susceptible to major dangers. There could be floods, storms, Tsunamis, and many accidents. I also see areas of green getting affected. Flora, fauna, valleys and lakes could be affected. All these need not happen just on July 11th, but does create energies for these things to come soon.
Financial situation in America will be worst affected and the Wall Street will be hit. There would be serious differences in the leaders of the government. Whatever the country tries to do to make up for the financial deficit, it would end up spending huge amounts due to other losses. Floods, storms will also take its toll. Oceans will be rough, rivers will overflow, and the sea life would also get affected.
People are advised not to travel on July 10th and 11th. No major investments, purchases should be done. Avoid any major medical procedures during these 2 days. Those who have the Moon sign of Gemini, Scorpio, Capricorn and partially the sign of Pisces should be most careful. Eat only pure vegetarian food, keep a low profile, and do not go outside to pubs, clubs and such public places.

Nature destiny shall unleash its fury upon the land and the belly of America will be hit. Today, June 21st the summer solstice begins.
As of today, as per Hindu Vedic Astrology, the Sun is in Gemini with the planet Ketu, The Moon is in Libra, Saturn is in Virgo, Rahu is in Sagittarius, Jupiter is in Pisces, Venus is in Cancer, Mercury is in Taurus, and Mars is in Leo.
First of all, let me explain to you as to why since the last year, there have been so many natural disasters, earthquakes, landslides, fires, volcano eruptions and so on. If you observe, all these disasters were land related. Mars controls land. Mars has been in Cancer since October 2009, until May 26th this year. This is an unusual time for Mars to occupy a zodiac sign. Mars generally transits a sign in one and a half months. Mars is generally a planet of destruction, violence, wars and disharmony. So whenever the planet Mars transits in some unfavorable sign, the situation becomes bad. Mars is debilitated in Cancer, so the effects were negative. For America, Mars was transiting the 8th from the rising sign, and 6th from the Moon sign. This caused calamities, destructions, earthquakes, debts and losses all around.
But now, Mars has moved into Leo. But Jupiter and Saturn are in opposition. The planets Rahu and Ketu are also in a transit which is not too favorable. Therefore there may be some confusion in the government. Financial companies will be stuck, with non circulation of money. The government will face much flak, and some leaders will prove to be shameful. There could be some dangers for the transport system. There could be some accidents. America’s allies and friends will fall out and the country will be facing some difficult times. Overall, America will see very good times from November 2011 onwards. For the immediate times, the New Moon in July may bring some great storm, and there could be some disruption of communications. From July 20th, until September 5th, Saturn and Mars come together in Virgo, opposed to Jupiter in Pisces. This period is a time of great caution. There could be some calamities in the country. The earth will tremble and fires will rage in the South and the West. There will be a threat from not only natural disasters, but also war like situation or terrorist activities. The country’s homeland security should be on high alert.
Now when I talk of all this, the listeners should remember that the planets merely create such a situation, and all we have to do is be cautious and take every precaution to prevent such situations. For individuals, all those who have the Moon signs of Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces, will have a good time generally. Those with Moon sign of Aquarius, Gemini and Aries should watch their diet and health. Those with Moon sign Sagittarius and Gemini will have some shifting and major changes in their lives, maybe even career. Libra people may have some foreign travels. Those who have the Moon sign of Virgo are in the middle of the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn so should not be adventurous and try to maintain a normal routine life. Most of the effects could be described accurately on every person’s individual chart and the planetary positions.
Talking of natural calamities and disasters, I feel that all these natural disasters are also man made. People have become greedy and have crossed all limits to extract everything out of earth. As a result of which, there is a great ecological disbalance and the results are earthquakes, storms, floods etc. Today, countries are spending trillions of dollars sending rockets to other planets to know about them. They have spent billions of dollars for the big bang theory experiment, even putting the entire world to danger of extinction. Why do we have to do this? Why do we have to desperately find out what’s happening in the other planets when we can’t take care of our own planet? Why do we have to waste huge amounts of money to find out about the formation of earth? Why can’t we accept the Bible, or the Vedas, that describe how God made the world? Why cant countries and its great scientists find ways to save the earth from destruction, instead of trying to find its formation?
In our ancient scriptures written thousands of years ago, it was mentioned that in this age of Kaliyuga, evil would become maximum, and that there would be wars, natural calamities, destruction because of the rise of evil, and decline of good. Soon, this Dark Age will end, and there will be peace and prosperity in the world. People will live with a higher consciousness, and the divine Will shall prevail.

My newsletter has been due since quite sometime, and I thought that today, was the best day to write it. Today, May 2nd 2010, the planet Jupiter moved from Aquarius into Pisces. This is a significantly important shift for many people. As of today, Saturn is in Virgo, Rahu is in Sagittarius, Sun in Aries, Moon in Sagittarius, Mercury retrograde in Aries, Venus in Taurus, Mars in Cancer and Ketu in Gemini.
Mercury becomes direct on May 10th, and Mars enters Leo on May 26th. Mars has been in Cancer for an unusually long time, almost 7 months, since halfway through it went retrograde. Mars will be in Leo for only 2 months and then it enters Virgo, joining up with Saturn. Mars and Saturn will be together in Virgo from July 20th until September 5th. This Mars-Saturn conjunction may cause problems for some people and some countries and other world situations.

President Obama will get some success and redeem some credibility. However he may have an accident and should be careful. I wish someone told him to wear a White Sapphire!
I mentioned in my last newsletter that the economy would become better, and I continue to stand by my statement. I had also said that America would be totally relieved from financial and other challenges from November 2011.

The danger will be from the neighboring countries. The next 2 weeks are very crucial. In fact, both for India and America, there will be a dangerous situation from July 20th until September 5th. There could be natural disasters, many deaths, violence, terrorist attacks, and even the government will experience some disparity and disharmony. There would be some Military or Police situation, which will become national news.
Luckily, there are protecting forces and the rest of the time there will be great prosperity for India. Some new political leaders will come into prominence. Looks like the country will go through some wash down, and I see some new changes coming soon.
Now for individual charts. Those who have the Moon sign of Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces will experience a very positive time in their lives. They will see progress, prosperity, financial security and general harmony. Those who have the Moon sign of Gemini, Aquarius, Leo, Virgo and Libra are going to be under the effect of Saturn. Of these, Gemini and Sagittarius will be doubly affected because of the additional impact of Rahu and Ketu as well.
Apart from being aware of the situation, people should pray, be observant, be focused, and should not try to be adventurous during such times. One should never dwell in Ego, and rather be humble. Today is December 21st 2009, and we shall talk about the changes with effect from today, which is the winter solstice. Now as per the Hindu Vedic Astrology almanac, there have been 3 major changes recently. The planet Saturn moved from Leo into Virgo on September 10th, the planet Rahu moved from Capricorn into Sagittarius on November 17th, and yesterday, the planet Jupiter moved from Capricorn into Aquarius.
Now before we go further, I would like to draw attention to the hundreds of those who receive my newsletters, about the predictions in my previous newsletter dated September 11th 2009 in which I stated “Mid September to end of October, there may be some big storms that may cause great havoc. There could be some terrorist attacks in India... This period may create some destruction by way of natural calamities like earthquakes, unusual floods, and the oceans and seas may become very rough and there could be abnormal tides.”
You must have heard about the huge flood in south India, where millions of people were left homeless, and many hundreds died. The Army, Navy and the Air force were called out for rescue. Over 60,000 houses were washed away in that huge flood which hit the country on October 2nd 2009.
In America, there was a great flood in Georgia on September 22nd, in which some died and many were left homeless. The governor had declared emergency in 17 nearby counties. Earlier on September 9th this year, a flood hit Turkey in which 31 people died and thousands were left homeless. On September 26th, a huge storm hit Philippines where over 50 people died and more than 41000 were seeking refuge. Then in northern England, there was a huge flood on November 11th, due to the heaviest rainfall ever recorded in the British history, in which emergency workers and the Royal Air force were called out for rescue. They said that this kind of rainfall could come in a thousand years and that the rain amounted to Biblical proportions.
In the Far East, an earthquake of magnitude 8 hit the island of Soama on September 29th this year, and soon another earthquake hit the islands of Sumatra on September 30th. This triggered off a Tsunami which killed thousands of people. A second earthquake struck the island on October 2nd in which more disasters happened. Thousands were buried under the rubble, and tens of thousands were left helpless and stranded. This was a very high scale disaster.
There are two things to observe here. First of all the predictions were about huge floods and natural disasters, which was on the dot. Secondly, the dates when these would occur also were quite precise.
The other predictions about some terrorist attack on India also came true as the Indian government arrested many terrorists, who later disclosed that they were planning a similar or larger attack on India along the lines of 26/11 in the city of Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. This is just to prove that a deep study of the planets and stars can give us so much insight and information, and that we could prepare ourselves to deal with these situations. Like I had written that this time was a bad time to travel, and people should avoid any overseas travels. I am sure that at the places where these huge floods and destructions took place, there might have been many tourists there also, and who became victims of those unfortunate circumstances.
In one of my earlier newsletters, I had written that the USA would extend its hand of friendship and join hands with India and a couple of other countries. Well, recently on Thanksgiving, the Indian prime minister was invited to the white house as a special guest of honor. Pure vegetarian dishes were specially prepared for him. The Indian prime minister was the first overseas guest of honor since Obama became the president. President Obama also declared that India was indispensable to the U.S. and was an important ally. These foresights help us know the trends of the world situation and open up new doors for prosperity, peace and co-operation.
Now let’s move further and look at the present times and the future.
For America, this is going to be a new beginning towards learning, discipline, and some realizations about spiritualism by overcoming materialism. Ironically, the planet Saturn is at the same place where it was at the time of its independence. Its quite symbolic that today, the Moon also is in Aquarius, as it was on July 4th 1776. The other planets like Sun, Venus and Mercury are in the rising sign now.
This certainly indicates good times for America. The country will prosper, do good financially, and get support from other countries as well. However the situation regarding war, terrorism, danger to the country and its leaders still exist. Until May 2010, there may be dangers from terrorists and secret conspiracies within the country. A so called ally, a supposed friend and partner country, will betray America in a secret deceptive conspiring manner. This is a militant country, and a non-Christian country.
I see further changes in the government policies from May/ June 2010 onwards. Overall, by the end of 2011, America will overcome all it stresses and tensions, debts, and everything will settle down.
Between now and May/June 2010, some senior popular leader of the country will pass away. Some famous celebrities will also pass away or have some major mishap in their lives. From May 2010 onwards, both Obama and Hillary Clinton will achieve some great success and get some sort of award or recognition. Hillary Clinton will travel to eastern countries and fix some sort of liaison /partnership with at least 3 countries, one of them being India. There will be sharing of technologies and policies for the economic growth of America.
Many of you must have seen the movie 2012. But let me assure you that no such calamity is going to happen. However there are going to be some unusual climatic changes. Mysterious things will start happening, like the timing of the seasons, birds migrating much earlier than normally, summer fruits will start sprouting their flowers in winters, and a very slow reversal of the climatic conditions all over the world. As per the Hindu almanac, the age of Aquarius is about to end and the Piscean age is soon about to begin. There will be greater and higher forms of communication on earth. New kinds of electromagnetic energies are about to be discovered and the world will realize that there is another dimension of creation, unknown so far. There are in fact higher forms of life in forms of energy, which are not visible to the human eye or cameras. But some new invention and discovery will reveal these energy forms now.
By July 2014, the whole world will know of a great divine perception, that of God’s presence on earth, and thereafter there will be a huge wave of transformation of mankind. People all over will be overwhelmed with the great divine grace and energy, which will uplift everyone’s soul. From November of 2014, there is going to be a worldwide spiritual wave, and people all over the world will strive for peace, brotherhood and harmony. People of all races and religion, will start to recognize the divinity of that ONE GOD, and there will be a universal acceptance of Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love for God, His creation and the fellow human beings, and Non - violence. Within the next 12 years thereafter, there will be a continuous transformation of humanity, and the world will soon see the Golden age. Human beings will be at their true consciousness and live as per the divine Will. This is going to be the new age, the age of Truth and righteousness.
Now for the immediate times, those who have the Moon sign of Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Pisces and Gemini will be facing some challenges due to Saturn. However the Libra and Gemini signs will be getting some good news soon, and will get a streak of good luck from now until May 2010. They may get something going positively in their careers and may have to travel or move. Gemini, Virgo Sagittarius and Pisces people may experience some depressive situations at home and in their personal lives. This may last for the next 5 months.
But really speaking, each one’s individual’s birth chart will specify how that person will be affected and in which areas. These effects are just general, that too taking their Moon signs into account. In the ancient Hindu scriptures, there are many remedies mentioned to dilute or by-pass the difficult situations in life, be it health, finance, career, family relationships, children etc etc. But let me tell you one most certain fact. And this is as sure as you know that the Sun will rise tomorrow. That is - sincere prayer to God. A sincere one minute prayer to God from the deepest of your heart will reach Him through His Hotline! We all have challenges and difficulties in life. But THAT one lifeline which keeps us going is God. Love God, pray to Him, talk to Him, complain to Him, do all this, but with faith and sincerity. He, the heavenly father will surely respond. Whatever we suffer today, is because of some wrong choices which we have made, on basis of our mind and sense perceptions. Sometimes, these choices are not in harmony with our destiny, and that’s why they end up in troubles. An Astrological birth chart will reveal the true destiny of the person, the right directions, the right times and can be a complete guideline to one’s course of life and destiny.

In this newsletter, I shall discuss the monthly forecast for America and an insight of the influence of 2 major planets that are about to move and how these planetary shifts affect people on basis of their Moon signs. I have spoken about this and some more in a radio program yesterday, called the Heart of Mind, on WBAI radio, New York, FM 99.5 from 10 to 11 pm.
The major planet Saturn recently moved from Leo into Virgo on September 10th and many people have started to feel the impact. This month, there is going to be a difficult planetary configuration which is going to affect the country, and its leader. With effect from October 11th 2009, all planets are going to be in a chain formation on one side of the Zodiac until November 17th, when Rahu and Ketu shift their axis and move into Sagittarius and Gemini respectively. When all the planets come within the orb of Rahu and Ketu, and seven other planets come within the orb, such a peculiar formation is called “Kaalsarpa Yoga” This is symbolized as a serpent. This is going to create some unbalance in the universe and generate some destructive energies. Sun, Mercury, Saturn and Venus are all conjoined together, and Jupiter and Mars are in opposition, both in signs of debilitation. They are also in conjunction with Rahu and Ketu. The Moon also moves into Cancer, with Mars and Ketu.
This planetary combination is very dangerous and could pose a risk to the country. I had mentioned in my last newsletter about a month ago, that there could be some natural calamity or else, a terrorist attack or threat towards the last week of October. You must have heard on the news about a terrorist who was arrested a couple of weeks ago, and that they were planning to attack the city of New York. Well, I say that the threat is even more apparent now. This is a time to be very cautious and alert. I see religious fanatics hatching or planning something very soon. I also foresee that places near water, schools and financial companies and institutions or public transportation areas could be affected. Some storms could be around the corner soon, which could affect the south coast and there could be many losses.
There could be some terrorist attacks in India also, and again, cities near water and religious places could be the targets. This period may create some destruction by way of natural calamities like earthquakes, unusual floods, and the oceans and seas may become very rough and there could be abnormal tides. President Barrack Obama could be facing great mental stress and some hidden dangers. His wife’s health will also be affected during this month.
Generally, this is a bad time to travel, or to make any major decisions like major medical surgeries or procedures. People may be advised not to invest in real estate or any overseas businesses during this month. This is a time to lie low and just lead a regular life and to be alert and focused. And Pray!
Financial burdens continue for America and there could be great pressures to deal with regarding other countries. The allies and partners will be disagreeing with America and the country will be left dealing with war and other situations alone, without much support.
But from December 20th 2009 onwards, there will be some positive changes and America will start doing well again. I see that the financial situation becomes stable and good. I also foresee many new ideas and ventures come into effect. This starts the era of a huge relief and happy days will be here again! From November 2011 and thereafter, the country will be booming in full glory.
Those who have the Moon sign of Leo, Virgo and Libra are under the influence of the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn, and things will be difficult for them. The planet Rahu moves in November and Jupiter moves after mid December, so there could be good times for some, and challenges for some, depending on their birth charts. People should not confuse the Moon signs with Sun signs.
The western method of calculating the Zodiac signs is quite different (and wrong) from the actual one. The western Zodiac is called Tropical, and Zodiac calculated by the Hindu Vedic Astrology is called Sidereal. Western astrology calculates the Zodiac with the Sun’s entry into the first point of Aries. We all know that the Sun and Earth are in a relative motion, so obviously any calculations made between them are bound to be variable. The western system did not take into account the precession of the equinoxes, which is the tilt of the Earth’s axis. Because of these two principle errors, the western Zodiac is out by about 22 degrees from the actual Zodiac, which is truly calculated from the first star in the belt of Aries, since stars are fixed objects in the skies. Therefore if the planets are wrongly placed in the Zodiacs, the predictions and interpretations are going to be wrong.
Sometimes, these difficult planetary combinations come around and all we can do is be forewarned, and pray that all will be well and this negative configuration of planets get out of each other’s orb soon so that we may relax again. Forewarned is forearmed, and its always better to assume a danger and take every possible precaution, rather than throw caution to the winds. Who knows, by heeding some advice, some people may have saved themselves from some major disaster. If nothing happens, you are safe anyway, and will have done some introspection and prayers, which will surely benefit you!

Note also the times that I had mentioned about his deteriorating condition and the ultimate time of his death, which matches with the actual report.
Now, for the latest update and predictions. There has been a major transit on September 10th 2009. Saturn moved into Virgo. Saturn moves in about 2 and half years. Saturn is the most dreaded planet in the universe. People are always apprehensive about its moves and aspects. Rahu and Ketu will soon move in November, which move after one and half years. Then Jupiter moves on December 20th this year. Therefore, beginning from now, until the end of the year, and the year 2010, people will see some major changes around the world.
First of all, the United States of America will see some good changes. This begins the era of the up rise of the country, just as if it was granted independence. From December onwards, businesses, finances and many other sectors will show a positive growth. There will be treatise and trades with other countries and money will come in. But I also see much disagreement within the parliament members. It's quite possible that some people or someone may disassociate themselves from some posts or parties. Another interpretation is that some senior or important leader or a national icon may pass away. Ideas, laws and deals may get signed after delays, and will be slow to start off. But positive growth is surely happening for America. There will be emphasis on education, health, trades and laws on immigration. The government becomes stronger in armed forces and enemies will be vanquished. All these will happen within the year to come.
President Obama will lose some of his charm and glory, and will only come into limelight from May 2010 onwards. Hillary Clinton will prove to be very positive for the country from December onwards. She will do something positive with some Eastern countries. Even husband Bill will get some popularity. Joe Biden becomes tough, and talks tough! But he may experience some problems relating to the kidney or urinary tract. Acute acidity may also trouble him.
Mid September to end of October, there may be some big storms that may cause havoc. In fact towards the last week of October there is a dangerous combination which indicates that there may be some major natural calamity, or else, there may be some terror threat or some great health concern.
This information is not to put a scare into people, but to alert them to follow the ABC of life. Always – Be – Careful! Forewarned is forearmed. Precaution and prevention can avert most challenges. It is very important to exercise wisdom, and not to become a victim of the mind and senses. Duty, discipline, dedication, right direction, discrimination and control over the mind and senses are most important.
For those who have the Moon sign of Virgo, Scorpio, Pisces and Gemini should be ready to face some challenges during this Saturn transit. They are going to be swimming against the tide of time. For those who have the Moon signs of Libra, Leo, Aquarius and Taurus will heave a sigh of relief and things will get moving for them in a positive flow. These are just general influences. The exact nature of planetary effects will depend on the individual’s birth chart and the placement of planets therein. It’s a good idea to start praying on Saturdays, rather than “preying”. Michael Jackson was born on August 29th 1958 in Gary, Indiana. The sign Leo was rising at sunrise, with mercury. Jupiter and Rahu were in Libra, in the 3rd house, Saturn in Scorpio in the 4th house, Moon in Aquarius in the 7th, Mars and Ketu were in the 9th house in Aries, and Venus was in Cancer in the 12th house.
Sun in Leo, the Kingly sign, rising with the time of sunrise indicated that he would be a very famous person, and so a star was born. It was a full Moon, which indicates that he would be a public person, and who would have a great concern for humanity, particularly children. His major period of Jupiter began when he was 6 years old. From his moon sign, Jupiter becomes the ruler of his 2nd house, which represents speech, (singing) and house of wealth. Since Jupiter was in Libra, ruled by Venus, he became expert in music and dance. There is a very strong Mars opposite Jupiter, forming a very powerful combination, which gave him strength of body and voice. He would also have been spiritual deep inside, and would have contemplated practicing yoga and such spiritual practices.
Saturn in his 4th house indicated that deep inside, he was a sad man and depressed. He had very deep insights and wanted to do a lot for humanity. Venus in Cancer was in a weak sign, and therefore he always lacked love. Mars and Ketu in the 9th house shows that his father was very severe on him and almost a dictator. His mother too, was not so much of a mother. His brothers and sisters were jealous of him, and friends were false and deceptive. Poor chap, everyone who was connected with him, was ripping him off, and he being the soul that he was, never retaliated. He would have been mostly defensive, and probably knew that everyone around him was greedy and taking advantage of him, but silently faced everything.
He indeed a good soul and was a great humanitarian. But Rahu and Ketu are planets that distort the planets and the signs they occupy. So he had some misplaced beliefs, which could be to do with religion, faith, occult or medical. We know that he went through many surgeries for his looks and wanted to live beyond normal life. Rahu also gave him some unconventional or out of natural ideas. Out of natural, NOT unnatural. But most of it was due to people who he associated with. He had some real bad friends and bad advisors. No one was true to him. His very own blood, was his enemy. In the sense that they cheated him and deceived him. All Michael the man wanted was to have some good, loving and caring people around him. That’s why he associated with children because children are so pure and unselfish.
Even for being a godfather to them, one of those accused him of molestation. Michael Jackson’s chart has no planetary situations that may suggest that he might be a sexual pervert, or a child molester. Sadly, all that bad publicity was also a conspiracy to defame him and get money out of him. There were many out there, who were very jealous of him. Even his very own, used him and deserted him. He was very sad within his heart. It’s sad that people of the world first curse and defame a person, and then glorify them after their death. The other uncanny part is that such great people never lived to long. History is the witness of many such great people. To name a few, Elvis Presley, Bruce Lee, Princess Diana, Gandhi, John Kennedy, and many others.
June 25th, 2009. Michael was in the major period of Mercury and just started the sub period of Rahu. Saturn was transiting over the birth positions of his Sun and Mercury, and the 7th from his moon sign. This was a very stressful transit and his nervous system was very weak, lungs under pressure and heart pumping with great effort. On June 25th, Mars and Venus were within 1 degree of conjunction in Aries. Moon was in Cancer with Rahu and Ketu. I feel that since June 23rd, around midnight, Michael would have started having some breathing problems, and feeling very restless. He may not have been able to sleep, but would have been almost in a semi conscious state. Then the drugs given by the doctor made his situation more unstable. He did not get enough oxygen, and his central nervous system started failing, and he lost his speech. The sub period of Rahu started on June 25th morning at about 11 am and that’s when suddenly and unexpectedly, Michael’s lungs would have collapsed and he stopped breathing.
Thus ended the saga of a great artist, the king of entertainment, who rose like the Sun, shone bright during his life, and after the sunset, his reflection is seen in the Moon. So the sun has set, but his music, his impressions, his work lives on. Today, the whole world remembers him, and connects to him, but its so sad that that man, went away, sad and lonely. Maybe, having been betrayed by people of earth, Michael went to seek true love from God. The center verse of the Bible says “It is better to have faith in God, than trust man”. I wish Michael would have followed that. He would have been alive today, and a happier man. But I suppose God must be bored up there and so He summoned Michael to entertain the celestial beings for a change!

Dear friends,
In my last newsletter dated April 26th 2009, I had written that the economy will start an upward trend, and the Wall Street will also look up. I had also written that Hillary Clinton may expect some health issues, and that President Obama will be under pressure due to some unconventional strategies. And that he may be at some risk between June to September.
You must have heard that Obama was threatened by some Islamic militants. His comments in the Middle East meetings invited many acid remarks and criticism from many in America. You must have also heard today that Hillary Clinton fell down and fractured her elbow. Her husband Bill, may also be at health risk, which I wrote earlier.
In India, I had mentioned that there would be a defragmentation of all parties, which happened, and finally the congress took over in majority.
The economy has surely picked up, but many companies are taking advantage of this situation and filing for bankruptcy, laying off employees and defrauding the government for saving on tax money and claiming financial losses, whereas they keep paying themselves bonuses and pay themselves for various fictitious expenses.
I still say that America will do better now onwards. The month of August will be very positive overall. The planet Mercury is moving very fast and it will cover the Zodiac signs of Gemini and Cancer between July 1st to July 30th. Mars also moves into Taurus on July 4th. This time could be a bit risky from security point of view, and also usher some unusual storms. July 22nd we have a TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE, and this could also cause some unexpected problems due to the weather and some financial blotch, on some big wigs or government officers. As per the Hindu scriptures, this total solar eclipse is due to the dark planet Rahu engulfing the Sun. Ironically; it is the new moon too on July 22nd.
Some bills could be passed in the government during this time.
July 31st Jupiter goes back into Capricorn, and Obama will assume his confidence again and assert his positions on various policies. Come September 10th, and the mighty Saturn moves into Virgo. This will be a big relief to America, and people who have the moon signs of Leo, Aquarius, Cancer, Libra and Taurus.
October 3rd, Uranus moves into Aquarius, and November 18th, Rahu moves into Sagittarius, and Ketu also moves into Gemini. This will also bring about a change of energies around the world. For the better!!!
This is indeed the year of many changes and new awareness for the world. Until then, some Karmic lessons to be learnt! Mankind HAS to learn to overcome Maya, the worldly illusions and delusions and become righteous in every aspect and approach towards life. Money nowadays, is based upon as M- Mind, O- Obsessions, N- Negative karma, E- Ego, Y-Yearnings.
I believe that the change of the world order will begin from May 3rd 2010. Therafter, for the next one full year, there will be a fierce competition on between the righteous and the unrighteous. This change will carry on till the middle of 2012. The fight between the positive and negative energies will eventually be settled by the hand of God, and Dharma shall prevail. The world will start seeking divine justice and people all over the world will come to know of God and His Will. 17 years from now, the whole world will believe in ONE GOD, and the entire humanity and mankind will live in peace and bliss. Jupiter and Neptune combine together in the sign of Pisces in March 2023. Then Rahu too, joins in December the same year. The devil shall be vanquished! This will be the golden age, the age of light and truth. Humans will be at a high level of consciousness and there will be no more wars and destructions. Only love, peace and bliss. Even the animals will be friendly and harmonious with humans. The entire creation will be in a globe of divine light.

Dear friends
All spiritual religions and scriptures teach us the same things. But people are often confused when applying these teachings in their practical life. We shall discuss some of them in this newsletter.
1. DO NOT GROW IN DESIRES AND DO NOT HAVE ATTACHMENTS.
Not to dwell in desires does not mean not to do your worldly duties or fulfill responsibilities. The question is- where and how does one judge the difference between desires and requirements? We all have to earn money to pay our bills and get the things we need. Here is the key word. NEED. While we should certainly try to get what we need, but not necessarily what we WANT. There is a huge space between need and want. Need refers to our requirements of life, be it in form of health, food, clothing and other day to day things. But you cannot say you need to buy a Rolex watch! That is a WANT. A desire. Similarly, you may say that you need cosmetics, but you really need Cosmetrics!
That means- apply the foundation of the Cosmic laws. Body identification is merely living in ego, and not being your true self. Self is the Atma, the soul. Mind and senses derail a person completely from the true purpose and being. Maya is the main cause of it. Maya is illusion and delusion. Maya makes one believe in the falsely projected world. Therefore we should try to be focused in our inner being, and do our karma in the world, but always try to transcend to a higher level of consciousness. But how does one connect to higher level of consciousness? And what is this consciousness?
Now here is where we go to the 2nd part - ATTACHMENT.
Attachment is the prime cause of all grief and sorrow. When we are attached to someone, and that relationship breaks, there is grief and sorrow. Whether attachment is to parents, husband, wife, friends, children or ant worldly object, it is bound to bring grief in some form, in some way or in some time in life. Attachment is also Maya. Nothing in the world is forever, and all things must come and go, just as a scenery passes away as you ride in a train. Even attachment to the body causes pain, since the body will grow old one day. The only way to evolve spiritually is to develop detachment. This does not mean that one should not care about family or friends. Always care and love all. But without expectation, or attachment. Attachment brings jealousy, possessiveness, anxiety, anger, depression, aggression, greed, selfishness and eventually downfall. Therefore one has to exercise discrimination over all these matters when trying to judge how much is too much.
In a family, how do we apply these teachings? Between a husband and wife, and between parents and children, don't we have desires and attachments? Yes, we do!!! Then how do we know the difference between desire, duty, responsibility and love?
Well this is the hardest part. Between a husband and wife, the relationship should be based on commitment, trust, duty, responsibility and harmony. The husband and wife should live their lives by becoming exemplaries for their children. Remember, parents are the first teachers of their children. Parents should fulfill their responsibilities and duties selflessly, and with love. But love does not mean going overboard with extravagance and overindulgence, without any sense of discipline or discrimination. This way, you will spoil your children and ruin the delicacy of the relationship between husband and wife. One should be firm in discipline and follow ethics and values. Sometimes, a mother has to show her annoyance at the children, and even punish them for misbehavior. But that is not from the heart, that is only a drama the mother has to play, in order to teach the children. The relationship between husband and wife is at many levels. They are friends, lovers, companions, and mates for life. Therefore they share many emotions and sense perceptions in mind, heart and body. Even sex between them, should be out of love, not lust. In the west, sex is such an important issue in relationships. But alas! this is such a sadly misplaced idea. Relationships that are based on flesh, perish soon with time.
After so much of introspection about human life, and about applying the righteous human and spiritual values, we narrow down to just one word - DISCRIMINATION.
At every point in our life, every day and moment, we should exercise discrimination. This is the only way we can lead a righteous and virtuous life. Below here, I have defined discrimination, which says it all.
D - Divine - Divine contemplation
I - Introspection - Constant self check
S - Spiritual - Righteousness
C - Control - Senses and desires
R - Righteousness - Live by right values
I - Intuition - Deep insight
M - Mind - Control the mind
I - Instinct - Judge correctly
N - Noble - Live virtuously
A - Awareness - Of Soul, not body
T - Truth - Truth is consciousness
I - Information - Be well informed of world
O - Observation - Look out for good and bad
N - Non violence - Don’t give in to anger
With this, I end this part of practical spiritualism series. I will be writing many more of these series in time to come, and hope that readers may benefit from it. If anyone has any doubts or questions, they are free to ask! I will be glad to answer them, to the best of my knowledge and wisdom, that Baba has granted me with. We are all seekers, and God alone, is the giver. I pray to God to give all of us the wisdom, inner strength and ability to live our lives in peace, harmony, selflessly and as per the divine Will.

Dear friends,
Today is April 26th, 2009 , and its time for my newsletter. Yesterday was the new moon with Sun and moon both in Aries, Mercury moved to Taurus yesterday, Venus and Mars remain in Pisces, almost degree wise in conjunction, Jupiter in Capricorn with Rahu, Saturn in Leo, Uranus moved into Pisces on April 6th, and Ketu in Cancer. Jupiter will move into Aquarius on May 2nd until July 31st, and some good changes are expected during this transit.
First of all, the economic crises. The economy is going to take an upward trend from next week, and businesses will start doing well. Money is going to come in, and even the Wall Street will start an upward trend in the graph. America will see hope and better times soon. There will be trade collaborations with some countries and the country will become secure again. America will also decide to withdraw troops from Iraq , and strengthen its military with help of other countries to fight terrorism. I see America joining hands with 3 major partners. Banks will get busy again, and real estate and property related businesses will do brisk business. Overall, this spring and summer will be fruitful. But the actual long term change will come after December 20th this year.
Hillary Clinton will get an important task, in which she will excel, and prove worthy of her rank and responsibility. I feel that she will be instrumental in the war and security situation around the world. Although she may get some flak for her decisions or approach to the task. Hillary may be susceptible to some health issues. Her husband may also be susceptible to some kidney to Cardiac problems. She will be doing a lot of traveling and experience mental stress.
President Obama will propose some unconventional strategies which will raise eyebrows and create some unsettling situations. From June onwards, till September 10th, he may be at some risk, so his personal security should be enhanced. Islamic Jehadis (terrorists) may target him. He may also experience some blood pressure problems, or health related to blood related infections. As per India ’s chart, the time is not good.
India is going through the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn until September 10th this year. The present time will cause unrest, uncertainty, defragmentation in the government, and security factors. I feel that the country will go through some reversals from this September, and the overall good time and solidity of the country will only be established from May/June 2010 onwards. This time will see a new leader, and a great transformation of the country. India will shine like a light and start a new trend in the world by righteousness, spiritual and human values and prosperity. This will also be the beginning of a new era for India . Almost like a renaming the country. Whatever situations prevail in India , the neighboring countries like Sri Lanka , Pakistan , and Bangladesh will also be affected since astrological points around these countries are more or less similar. Therefore I see difficult situations for these countries as well. The only major difference is that the astrological chart of all these countries will be different.
For individuals, those who have the moon sign of Taurus, Leo, Capricorn, and to some extent Libra, will experience some difficult situations. But Gemini, Libra and Aquarius signs will see some sudden good changes, and relief. The individual chart of every person would show different influences and effects.
